This jumbo Kokeshi doll was hand turned by an artisan in Europe from Linden wood. The head can be removed from the body as it was made without glue.
Due to the peg doll's handcrafted nature, there may variations between batches. There also will be variations in wood color and smooth knots due to the nature of the wood used.
The peg dolls are unfinished, sanded smooth, and ready for your choice of paint, stain, or sealer.
****The Seconds Quality option has heads that were not completely polished and/or dents that require sanding and/or wood filler. There are no structural issues with these. ***
