This kokeshi peg doll with a hair bun on top was inspired by the traditional kokeshi doll shapes. The peg doll is unfinished, sanded smooth, and ready for your choice of paint, stain, or sealer.
The doll was hand turned by an artisan in Europe from Linden wood. It was made from one solid piece of wood (no glues). Due to it's handcrafted nature, there may variations between batches. There also will be variations in wood color and smooth knots due to the nature of the wood used.
