Processing & Shipping Times

Orders placed before 12 pm Eastern time (noon) are generally shipped the same business day. During holidays or in times with a large volume of orders it can take up to 3 business days to ship. 

Standard shipping is shipped economy with either DHL, FedEx, or USPS depending on destination and order size. 

Delivery during normal times can take up to 8 business days; however, this is not guaranteed due delays that could be caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Excluding BIOFA:

FREE standard shipping on orders of $75 or more
$7 flat rate on orders orders < $75 

BIOFA:

$7 flat rate shipping on all orders

Shipping Cost  - NON CONTINENTAL USA

Shipping cost is calculated based on weight and options are available at checkout. There is a $10 coupon code for orders $150 or greater to help offset shipping costs (excludes BIOFA).

All BIOFA paint, sealers, and cleaners will ship via ground mail. The rate will be calculated based on weight and the USPS rate. Lower shipping rates may be possible. Send us an e-mail (hello@letsplayspire.com) for a special quote. It may take a few days to get do the quote and send a special invoice.
